Manisha Singhal is a journalist. She has observed and written on the Indian aviation industry for over a decade, reporting on major developments, milestones and challenges the industry has faced. During her journalism career of over 17 years – both as a freelance writer and reporter reporting on business aspect of aviation, she was associated with major print and electronic media houses in the country- Times Group, NDTV, Indian Express, India Today Group, Business Standard and DNA. During this period she has broken some of major aviation stories impacting the industry, including series of stories on now defunct Kingfisher Airlines, Jet Airways and merger and acquisitions in Indian skies. She is based in Mumbai.
